My Story

Kestrel neathawk

As a child, I was described as kind, endearing and ethereal. I have always felt most comfortable in one-on-one interactions, being held by nature, and adventure in wild places. I revel in the company of solace, guardian animals, and powerful language.

In high school, I would spend hours in the Black Forest of Southern Colorado running with my setter, contemplating the mysteries of the Cosmos, and practicing falconry with my father.

I daydreamed about the best way I could be of service to the collective and what contributed most to positive social change. 

In College, I had an insatiable drive for climbing and alpinism as a vehicle for personal growth and connecting to something larger than myself before returning to graduate school to further deepen my studies in Psychology.

I graduated from Naropa University…

…in 1999 and Prescott College in 2006 with a degree in Counseling Psychology. My foundation is in evidenced-based practices and multidisciplinary settings, including community mental health and primary care, however after a client introduced me to the potential/magic of astrology in 2015, I completed an Exploring Astrology Apprenticeship in 2018. 

As a result of incorporating astrology, myth and other eclectic modalities, my practice has been infused with joy and has provided an additional lens of support in the process of transformation, beyond more conventional and standardized styles of treatment. I believe that each of us have come here to fulfill a unique journey of evolution, and my goal is to help you remember what your spirit has come here to do.
